| If you approach the school from the WEST end of Old Tomoka Road, you will be directed to use the WEST LOOP. When you exit the WEST LOOP, you must turn WEST (Left). You will have the option to travel West or East on SR 40. If you approach the school from the EAST end of Old Tomoka Road, you will be directed to use the EAST LOOP. When you exit the EAST LOOP you must turn EAST (Right) and head only EAST on SR 40.
CAUTION: Only the WEST exit (traffic signal) of Old Tomoka Road gives you the option of going EAST or WEST on Granada Boulevard. The EAST exit requires you to go EAST on Granada Boulevard. Therefore, when you leave school if you need to travel WEST on SR 40, approach the school using the WEST entrance of Old Tomoka Road.
As everyone becomes familiar with this system, everyone will be able to get in and out of school in a more organized manner. Remember, our goal is safety, not convenience. Also, please remember, as you approach the designated drop off areas,
please pull all the way forward.
Hint: If you want to steer clear of the morning traffic congestion, drop off your children before 7:50. |
